How to apply

Please apply using the "Exhibitor Application Form."

1. Application deadline:Friday, July 31, 2026 *Applications will close once the quota is reached

   *The exhibition contract will be deemed to have been concluded at the time Organized by organizer receives your application. Please be aware that unless you cancel by May 31st, a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice amount will be charged from June 1st.

   * Applications will close before the deadline as soon as the planned number of booths is reached, so please apply early.

2. Payment of exhibition fee:An invoice will be issued after your application is submitted.
   Please transfer the exhibition fee to the specified account by the date specified on the invoice.
3. Cancellation of exhibit application: In principle, an exhibit application cannot be cancelled after it has been submitted.
   *However, if the secretariat deems it unavoidable, cancellation will be permitted and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee according to the standards below.
   *Please refer to the exhibitor terms and conditions for details.
