How to apply

Please apply"Exhibitor Application Form" on this site.

1. Application Deadline:2025年9月30日（火） 随時出展受付中 ※定数に達し次第終了

   *The exhibition contract will be concluded at the time Organized by accepts your application. Please note that unless you cancel by July 31st, a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice amount will be charged from August 1st.

   * Applications will close before the deadline as soon as the planned number of booths is reached, so please apply early.

2. Payment of exhibition fee:An invoice will be issued after your application is submitted.
   Please transfer the exhibition fee to the specified account by the date specified on the invoice.
3. Cancellation of Exhibitor Application: As a general rule, an application cannot be cancelled after it has been submitted.
   *However, if the secretariat deems it unavoidable, we will accept the cancellation and require you to pay a cancellation fee based on the following standards.
   *For details, please refer to "Terms and Conditions 1" on the back of the exhibit application form.
